Transcripts
When a student wants a transcript, they must either fill out a transcript request form here at the central office or they can fax/mail a signed release. The form lists their name, birthdate, ss#, school, year of graduation, grades, transcripts, test/ SAT scores, immunizations, etc. where to send the transcript either by mail or pick-up, how many they want and they must sign the request. It also costs $3.00 per transcript request but no fee for Hendersonville County Public School employees/families. Once we get the signed request, we proceed with processing an official sealed transcript.
